On October 19 and 20, leaders from the produce and floral industries will come together at the Orange County Convention Center for the PMA Fresh Summit. This annual expo will feature 4 Big Ideas, including current industry challenges, innovations, leading through adversity and business creativity. 4 Big Voices Shed Light on Current Industry Trends and Challenges
PMA Fresh Summit will feature 4 Big Voices, the keynote speakers that will address leadership, industry-specific topics and innovation. These include:

• Peyton Manning, two-time Super Bowl Champion, will open the summit with a session about leading through adversity.
• PMA CEO Cathy Burns will speak on the State of the Industry, including predictions for the future of the produce industry.
• Greg Williams, Editor in Chief of Wired Magazine, will be the moderator for a discussion with industry innovators on trends and opportunities coming to the industry.
• Leslie Odom, Jr., Hamiltonmusician and actor, will co-host a session exploring storytelling, business and creativity as it relates to produce and floral industries.

These four will speak in a unique format entitled Forums for the Future. These large group forums are presented in a discussion style, not a workshop, so you will have the opportunity to sit in on conversations that will give you important takeaways you can apply to your businesses immediately following the expo.
